4-ingredient no-bake chocolate peanut butter cookies
When the warmer months hit, all I want to make are no-bake treats. Some of my favourites to date have been fluffy chocolate mousse, this insane frozen margarita tart, and the always classy white chocolate blackberry swirl cheesecake.
But there’s also a special place in my heart for no-bake cookies. They’re so effortless and minimal that I can whip them up in 10 minutes when I need a hit of something sweet. My newest addiction? These Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies.
If you’re a fan of my no-bake peanut butter cookies, you’ll LOVE this chocolate version! They’re basically a copycat of a Reese’s peanut butter cup – only much healthier and way less effort than making an actual PB cup. They’re also gluten-free and vegan, so they’re perfect for everyone!

Ingredients in no-bake chocolate peanut butter cookies
4 ingredients! That’s all you need to make these super easy no-bake cookies. If that doesn’t convince you to try them, I’m not sure what will. Here’s what you’ll need:
- Natural peanut butter: The star! Drippy natural peanut butter works best for this recipe. I recommend using smooth, but if all you have is crunchy, that works too!
- Pure maple syrup: I love the pairing of maple syrup and peanut butter, but you could also use agave nectar or honey.
- Cacao powder: Punchy cacao powder is best for optimum chocolate flavour in these cookies, but cocoa powder will also work.
- Almond flour: To bind together the dough for these no-bake cookies, we’re using almond flour. Not only does it help us avoid E. coli and other health risks associated with raw wheat flour, it also keeps these cookies gluten free.
- Flaky sea salt (optional): Not required but will definitely turn these cookies from YUM to OMGICAN’TSTOPEATINGTHEM status.

Fast easy and a hit with everyone who is lucky enough to get one. You have to grab fast cause they are not going to last long in this house.
Haha, I love that! They don’t last long in my house either, to be fair. I’m so glad you love these cookies, Diane! Thanks for coming back and leaving such a great review.
